Director, Human Resources (1579-146)

The HR Director will lead the human resource stratagies and activities for the Harbison-Fischer including the manufacturing and field locations. This Leadership role will lead an HR team, to execute short and long term human resource strategies into actionable plans and programs at the facility level.
Lead organizational change and design by working with senior Leadership to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.
Provide employee development expertise; implements learning and development programs for the Rod Lift Organization.
Coach managers and leaders on human resource and professional development issues.
Ensure compliance with key government legislated requirements and adherence to human resource policies and procedures.
Manages the most complex employee and labor relations issues; assists with labor contract negotiations on matters related to human resources.
Directs the performance management process with the goal of providing an equitable process and result.
Consults with managers on all areas of human resources programs, including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee and labor relations, and performance management.
Evaluates key performance indicators to drive functional and business performance improvements related to human resource investments.
Contributes to human resource program direction as a member of the human resource leadership team.
Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
Coaches and mentors direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
Required Skills
Skills Required:
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and collaborate at the leadership level.
Ability to lead and manage change through the organization.
Thorough knowledge of human resource information system capabilities.
Knowledge of all applicable regulations and laws that impact HR.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
Four year college or university degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology or related field.
Preferred; Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology or related field.
Professional Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.
Required Experience
Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resource Positions.
Preferred; Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
