3K a year This position is responsible for contacting customers and arranging receipts of PO's and collecting overdue accounts and/or negotiating payment options as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Daily review of accounts to identify unresolved debt.
Validate customers' third-party platform status of Accounts Receivable.
Contact customers regarding Purchase Orders received and collecting payments as needed.
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account holders as well as record any payments collected.
Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage relationship with clients to ensure timely payment.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
At least 2 years of experience with large customer collections interface preferred.
Experience in construction accounting environment preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Advanced Excel skills necessary WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
